God created places like this for kids to have fun, that's the reason that the water is clean, warm and not too deep. He also made rocks that are smooth and slippery, so that little bums could repeat the trip down them over and over. It took him quite a long time to come up with tractor tubes, but then I suppose he has a lot of other stuff to do. (Faith like sweet potatoes)

Waldeck is a German surname. The German word 'wald' means 'forest' and 'eck' means 'corner' or ' point'. Hence my naming this painting, 'Edge of the Forest'
